• Make sure that your AeroClave unit is powered up and that your phone is within range of the unit.
• Check that Bluetooth is turned on and that your phone has a strong signal.
• If you’re using an iOS device, try changing the Bluetooth settings from Airplane Mode off and back on again. This will reset all settings for Bluetooth connections.
• Ensure your smartphone app is updated by checking for App Store or Google Play Store updates.
• Try restarting both devices by turning them off completely. Please wait 10 seconds before turning them back on again and retrying pairing.
